The use of QuickBooks Online and Google Drive allows Sunflower Bookkeeping to serve all clients remotely.

Do you replace the need for a CPA?

We are not a replacement for your CPA or tax preparer, however, we are able to work with your CPA by sharing information and providing requested documents. Our duties include handling the recording of business transactions, preparing financial reports, and balancing your books.

How do I share my documents with you?

Google Drive is the preferred method of sharing, however, we are able to receive documents by email and regular mail. To share banking information, a view-only user account will be requested.

How much do you charge for services?

Our bookkeeping prices are based on the size of your portfolio, as well as the needs and requirements necessary for the success of your business.
